Add a Location to a Mileage Entry

You can create a new location and specify it as the start or end location for a mileage record.

To use the Mileage Entry submodule, you must have access to Finance & Administration as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a location to a mileage entry:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. Use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen to select the company to which you want to add a location.
  3. In the Finance & Administrator left side panel, click Cost Entry > Mileage Entry.
  4. On the grid toolbar, click Add Location
  5. In the Add Location dialog box, specify a location name and address, then click OK.
You can now select the new location you just created from the Start and End location drop-down lists.
